The prestigious New York Times, recently published an article listing Caspri&Co Rosso among the 10 best Bag in Box wines ! The article, by journalist Tony Cenicola, praises our biodynamic ethics, environmentally sensitive packaging and, of course, the extraordinary taste of our wine.
Caspri & Co, we read in the NY Times, is rated n.1 of all italian wines. They mention its focus on best values and environmentally sensitive packaging. This boxed Tuscan red qualifies on both counts. It’s a blend of 80 percent sangiovese, 10 percent canaiolo (a traditional grape for blending with sangiovese) and 10 percent merlot, from two different vintages, all grown organically. It’s juicy yet structured and medium-bodied.
